Whether it was across the wide Prairie, a trip to the next town, or a ride to church on Sundays, the wagon was one of the Ingalls family's essential commodities.  Mary, Laura, and Carrie found themselves snuggled in the back for many long trips while Charles and Caroline would ride on the front seat.  The wagon traveled behind Pat and Patty on many adventures.
