These facades are made from balsa wood, bass wood, compressed wood fiber, styrofoam, and plaster.

Although some parts of these home facades are cut by machine for accuracy purposes, each home facade is carefully crafted from hand by Hector and Trisha. This is why no two home facades are exactly alike. They may have different flowers, different placements of rocks, different placement of stones on the chimney, different strokes of wood finish on the home, different wood in the wood pile and stumps and the utility tables are all put together individually as well. You are truly getting a one-of-a-kind product when you receive your homes.

Each home weighs approximately 2 pounds.

Since it is not practical to make one home at a time, we create these homes in small batches. We can estimate that it takes approximately 8 hours or longer to make each home.

Yes. Our plan is to create a few additional building facades from the show such as the Oleson's Mercantile, The Church/Schoolhouse,The Ingall's barn, Nellie's Restaurant, and the Mill. We prioritize quality products, so for now, we are just creating the Ingalls family home.

We started with the idea to custom build specific homes for clients, however, we are so delighted to be creating these building facades from our beloved TV series and that is the direction we feel we are called to take. Since quality is our top priority, we are only creating the building facades from Little House on the Prairie™️.
